PHAT CATS SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

 

Phat Cat Cosmo-$11

Our version of the classic Cosmo. Lemon Vodka, Orange Liqueur, fresh lime & cranberry puree served straight up

 

Merrimack Martini-$11  

Orange Vodka, Orange Liqueur & pomegranate juice served straight up in a sugar rimmed glass

 

Painkiller-$11

Deacon Giles Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum, Coconut Cream, Orange & Pineapple Juice & fresh grated nutmeg

 

Black & Blue Martini-$12

Locally Distilled Beauport Vodka, slightly dirty served straight up with blue cheese stuffed black olives

 

Phat Cat’rita-$11

Hotel California Blanco, Tequila, Orange Liqueur, sour mixwith a splash of mango juice served up in a salt & sugar rimmed glass

 

Hendrick’s Mojito-$11

Cucumber, mint & lime muddled together then drowned in Hendricks Gin Topped off with Orangina & local Ginger Beer

 

McInnis Martini-$11

Grape Vodka, White Wine, Chambord & cranberry juice served straight up in a sugar rimmed glass

 

Rum Punch-$11

Deacon Giles Spiced Rum, Banana Liqueur, Coconut Rum, Amaretto,  Pineapple & Mango Juice

 

 

 

PROHIBITION ERA COCKTAILS

 

Phat Cat Sling-$11

Our version of The Singapore Sling. Hendrick’s Gin, Pimm’s, Chambord, Pineapple Juice, Sour Mix, Topped off w/local Ginger Beer

 

The Sidecar-$12

It was named after the motorcycle sidecar in which a WWI Captain was driven to & from a little bistro. A twisted take made w/Brockmans Gin, along w/Bauchant & lemon juice. Served straight up w/a lemon twist

 

Sazerac-$12

Sometimes referred to as the oldest known American cocktail, this New Orleans’s concoction starts w/muddling sugar & Peychaud Bitters till well dissolved, next an absinthe rinse, followed by a good pour of  Rye Whiskey. Served on the rocks w/a Lemon twist

 

Seelbach Cocktail-$12

The Seelbach Cocktail is named for the hotel where it was created in 1918. Served in a fluted glass, Bully Boy Barrel Aged Whiskey, Orange Liqueur, Peychaud & Angostura bitters, topped w/Prosecco & orange twist

 

The Deshler Cocktail-$12

Named for the WWI era Boston based boxer Dave Deshler, it made its debut in Hugo Ennslin’s 1917 book Recipes for Mixed Drinks. It’s a Boston take on the Manhattan. Equal parts Rye Whiskey & Dubonnet Rouge, Orange Liqueur, Peychaud bitters, muddled orange & an orange twist. 

 

The Last Word-$12

This cocktail was created in 1920’s prohibition era Detroit. It was lost through the years after WWII until recently being rediscovered. This concoction consist of equal parts Brockman’s Gin, fresh lime juice, Green Chartreuse & Maraschino liqueur. It just might be your last word!!
